  • All appointments that require a co-payment, co-insurance or cash pay will need to completed 30 minutes prior to the session.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or you have not notified our office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee of $50.

Peace of Mind Counseling is required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI). PHI includes information that identifies you and relates to your past, present, or future physical or mental health condition and related healthcare services. We may use or disclose your PHI for the following purposes: treatment—to provide counseling services; Payment to obtain reimbursement for services; and Healthcare operations—administrative and quality improvement activities
